Returns, Refunds Eligibility
Our policy lasts 7 days. If you do not contact us within 7 days after purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your item is damaged or became defective due to your mistakes, we will not refund or exchange. If you accidentally purchased wrong item, changed your mind after purchase, we will not refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must already be defective when you received or the item is different from what you ordered. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please take picture to show the condition and send the picture and invoice(or proof of purchase) through email (info@lenatin.com) within 7 days after purchase. From there, we can discuss how to handle.
Returns (if applicable)
If we verify defective products thought email, you can send the product and everything you received (including gifts, original box, etc). We will not be responsible for return goods shipping cost. Alternatively, you can bring the goods to our office. Once your return is received, we will inspected the actual product and the situation. We have right to choose method, approve or reject of your refund or return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Gifts, Accessories
Gifts or accessories items alone cannot be returned or refunded.
